“I wanted to bring yoga to the street,” says Eric Paskel, a rock ‘n’ roll personality in the normally quiet world of yoga. He’s an energetic and unorthodox guy. His goal–one that people all over the world have discovered since his company, Yoga Shelter, was created in 2004–was to prove that yoga can be moving, exciting, and relatable. Friday Night Yoga Rocks on Friday April 18th, from 6:30-8:30 pm

Yoga Rocks will make you rethink what a yoga class can be like. Refreshing, inspiring, awakening, heart felt, loud and LOTS of FUN!! Learn how to release those pesky knots in your muscles and myofascial r trigger points with a tennis ball. By “rolling” on the ball or balls, we are able to break up the adhesions in the muscle fibers. This enables more blood to flow into the muscle fibers, aiding in healing. This workshop is great for those who suffer Plantar Fasciitis, foot pain, IT Band Syndrome, tight hamstrings or hips, low back pain, sciatica, shoulder tension, stiff neck and so on. Overall it is great for ALL OF US!! Suzy will lead us through releases for the entire body. Taking home this knowledge is priceless!! $40 per student.
