Ignite the Fire Within

During this 2 hour intensive Jenn will educate you on how to “get out of your rut and start with your gut”, to enhance your digestion, absorption, detoxification and to begin to healing your bloating, indigestion, constipation, IBS, food sensitivities, extreme fatigue, headaches and weight gain.

Saturday, March 7th from 9:00am-4:00pm | $125/student

The Metabolic Firestarter

Truly wake up your deep down agni in a way that teaches you to burn up what no longer serves you, but also create the heat and fire to ignite and draw in what you do want. Jenn’s inspiration for this workshop comes from working with clients and celebrities over the years that had their training and eating “ass-backwards”. Too much, too hard, working in constant tear down mode and never entering the rest and digest state for true stoking of the metabolism to occur and real body transformations to happen!

Cortisol, Insulin, Sugar and Stress

Do you feel over whelmed, with out of control sugar and salt cravings; a constant wired but tired feeling that leads to horrible sleep, no energy, zero sex drive and weight gain? Do you feel like you are doing everything ‘right” eating well, doing cardio, and taking your supplements but still gain weight around your waist and mid-section? Are you tired of feeling tired and cranky? If you answered yes to any one of these, then THIS is the workshop for you. Jenn will teach you how to balance your hormones, manage over-active stress, cortisol and their “tear-down” effects.

Sunday, March 8th from 9:00-11:00 pm | $50/student
